However, if something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product
  • You received an empty package

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for any other reasons.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

If you have received a wrong, damaged, expired product, or an empty package:

  • Email us at care@quenchglow.in
  • Share your order details
  • Attach clear documentary proof such as product images, packaging images, invoice copy, and relevant email communication (if any)

Requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

No return or replacement request will be entertained after 7 days from delivery.

Important: Empty or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be empty or unusually light:

  • Please record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package condition.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened and the contents inside.
  • Unboxing videos are mandatory in such cases for verification purposes.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled upon request.

Review & Reverse Pickup Process

Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review your request.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep.

Kindly ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.

Refund Process

After we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect and verify the reported issue.

If approved, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours of verification.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
