Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
Non-Refundable Cases
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless defective.
Return Process
- Return should be requested with 48 hours after deliver
Refunds:
- Refunds are not available for used products or if no valid reason is provided.
- Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
